Celia Tombalakian is a Beauty and Personal Care Executive based in New York, where she lives with her spouse and two children. Originally from Northern Ontario, she attributes her customer-centric approach and strategic mindset to her early career in sales and regional management at Johnson & Johnson.
With over 15 years at Johnson & Johnson, Celia held diverse roles across marketing, Mergers & Acquisitions, and process optimization, culminating as Worldwide Director of Marketing for Ortho Clinical Diagnostics. Her experience includes leading global projects, earning a Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification, and contributing to high-impact acquisitions.
Celia transitioned to beauty and consumer products with Elizabeth Arden, later acquired by Revlon, where she spearheaded the company’s first physician-dispensed skincare line and supported integration efforts. Most recently, as Global Vice President of Marketing for Sally Hansen, she revitalized the brand through innovative strategies and high-profile collaborations.
She is particularly passionate about how digital transformation and AI are shaping the future of consumer personalization and efficiency.
